Will I be required to go through additional training to use Exactix?

Yes. All current Web Ticket Entry users are required to complete updated training and a competency exam to ensure readiness for the new Exactix Ticketing System. Successful completion is mandatory to receive access to Exactix. We highly recommend completing the training and creating your new account ahead of our late November launch in order to avoid any service interruptions.
