Am I required to go through additional training to use Exactix?

Yes. All Norfield/Newtin Web Ticket Entry users are required to complete updated training and a competency exam to ensure readiness for the new CO811 Exactix Ticketing System. Successful completion is mandatory to receive access to Exactix.

To become a web user and access advanced ticketing features, you will need to complete the following steps:

1. Sign up for and Complete Required Training: We offer free virtual training sessions Monday through Friday. Register for the Excavator – Colorado Exactix Ticketing System Training in our Virtual Training. The class is about 3.5 hours.

2. Pass the Exam: After training, you'll need to take and pass a brief exam to demonstrate your understanding.

3. Register Your Account: Once you've passed the exam, follow the instructions provided to you in training to get started in your CO811 Exactix account.

Important Notice for Legacy Norfield WTE Users: If you previously submitted tickets in the Norfield system as a Web Ticket Entry (WTE) user, you MUST register for the new CO811 Exactix Ticketing System using the personalized registration email you received. This step ensures your account is properly linked and your transition to the updated platform is seamless. For guidance, follow the provided instructions and reach out to Online Services if you need support.
