How to Register & Log in to Exactix - Previous WTE User

As a legacy Norfield/Newtin WTE user, you MUST register for the CO811 Exactix Ticketing System via the registration link emailed to you. This ensures your previous account information and tickets are transferred properly to the new system 

You should have received an email invitation to the address we have on file in Norfield either from mail@4iqidentity.com or exactix@co811.org. If the email isn’t in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders—it may have been mistakenly filtered. Also, verify that your email settings aren't blocking messages from these addresses.

If you cannot locate the registration email, contact Online Services: 877-318-8188 or onlineservices@co811.org  for support. Do not create a new user account. You will not be able to see your previous tickets. 

Note: The Exactix system is not an application that will need to be downloaded, it is a website that you can reach using an internet browser.

Currently, the Colorado 811 Exactix Ticketing System does not support Single Sign-On (SSO). While this capability is not available at present, we remain open to revisiting the possibility in future system evaluations.
