Will I be able to view and manage tickets created prior to the Exactix launch?
Yes, you will retain the ability to view and manage tickets that were created before the Exactix system goes live. All historical ticket data—including tickets, positive responses, and file attachments—will be carefully migrated and associated with the correct user and company. Upon logging into Exactix after successfully completing the competency exam, you will have access to your historical records and will be able to perform important follow-up actions, such as updates or re-notifications, on tickets originally entered in the previous system.
Important: If you do not complete training and log in to your new account by November 19, you will not have access to your tickets until you do so.
