How to check Positive Response in Exactix?

How to check the Exactix system for responses using either one of two available methods: 
 

  1. Visit www.colorado811.org and click the “Check Status” button on the home page. To use this method, you must have your locate request ticket number available, provided to you at the top of this confirmation page, and the phone number you provided with your locate request ticket to check for any responses posted electronically.
  2. Log into your Exactix account:
    1. Select the word “Tickets” on the left side of the page to take you to a dashboard.
    2. On the left side of the dashboard, click “Response Status” to display tickets you have created within the past 60 days.
    3. Click on the three vertical dots (aka an Ellipsis) on the left side of each ticket record to reveal a menu.
    4. Click “View Responses” to see a list of the underground facility owner/operator members who must respond to your locate request ticket. Responses posted by the underground facility owner/operator members will appear in white.
    5. It is important to remember that responses received as marks on site, by email, or by telephone might not have one posted in the Exactix system. For your convenience, you can use the “Add Comments” button at the bottom of the screen to document what types of responses you received or conversations you had with any of the underground facility owners/operators listed. Comments are only visible by you.

If you or your organization is listed on the locate ticket, then you will be able to see positive responses for the locate ticket.
