Will the email address for receiving user tickets remain the same?

No. With the transition to Exactix, ticket emails will now be sent from exactix@colorado811.org and exactix2@colorado811.org. Please update your email parsers accordingly. For assistance or to request test ticket deliveries, contact Colorado 811 Member Relations or IT. While the ticket format is not expected to change, we recommend testing before the new system goes live to ensure uninterrupted ticket processing.
