Will members still be able to use a direct URL to submit ticket responses in Exactix?

Members will no longer have access to a direct URL link for posting ticket responses. To submit responses, members must now create an Exactix account and log in to the system. Responses can be posted manually after logging in, or automated through the Exactix API for those using a ticket management system. This change enhances security, and ensures accurate communication.
