Why does my ticket appear with multiple versions?
Tip: Always respond to the latest version of your ticket. When you do, your response will automatically apply to all previous versions, ensuring nothing gets missed.
How it works: This is a common scenario and part of how the system tracks updates and changes. Each time a ticket is updated for reasons such as a late notice (LATE), excavator renotification (EXRN), or relocate/refresh (RLFR), Exactix keeps the same ticket number but creates a new version to reflect the changes. By posting your response to the latest version, the system will update all versions accordingly.
