Switching to the new Colorado 811 Exactix Ticketing System will change several aspects of how you interact with Colorado 811, including:
- Web Ticket Entry (WTE)
- Single Address Tickets
- Managing members and updating mapping information
- Locator responsibilities and receiving positive responses

After launch users will have the ability to create an account without training that allows for submitting Single Address tickets only. This account will let you view the tickets within your company and check the status of all tickets, but only let you submit tickets for which excavation remains within property boundaries.
