Where did response code 888 go? 

Tip: To keep your ticket management system (TMS) organized, check with your own TMS system vendor (such as Utilisphere, Korterra, DigTix, etc.) to see if your own system can post responses and submit attachments. It’s also a good idea to confirm whether your TMS allows you to remove or close tickets without having to send a response to the Colorado 811 Exactix Ticketing System.  

How it works: Response code 888 is no longer available in Exactix. This code was previously used internally for cancelled tickets, but now Exactix does not accept response codes for cancelled tickets.
