When will Colorado 811 turn off access to Web Ticket Entry in Norfield?

Access to Web Ticket Entry in Norfield will be turned off right at the launch of Exactix. After the launch, the Norfield system—and any related applications such as Newtin—will be retired. All users will be redirected to use the new Exactix system for processing locate tickets starting on day one of the launch. This ensures that all tickets are processed through a single, unified platform and maintains a clean transition to the new system.
