When should I use response code 025?

Tip: Apply response code 025 when you have not completed the locate and you’re unable to reach an agreement with the excavator to reschedule the locate for a different date or time. Provide clear comments in your response to explain why the locate was not completed and detail any attempts to communicate with the excavator. 

How it works: Selecting code 025 indicates a locate has not yet started and the ticket remains incomplete. The system will prompt you to add comments, ensuring that the situation is well-documented for future reference.
