Caution! Do not use code 023 and 025 interchangeably since improper use of 023 without a proper relevant agreement focused attachment may result in disputes or improper code usage claims.
How it works: Selecting code 023 indicates an ongoing ticket with a locator or excavator agreement and corresponding attachment keeping the ticket open until the locate is completed. Exactix requires that you attach a file showing the appropriate backup information. This could be an email exchange, a signed agreement, or any other correspondence / record.
