Ticket Types, Priorities and Categories Requiring Positive Response
Certain ticket types require that a Positive Response (PR) be submitted prior to the designated “Locate By” due date. Failure to post a response by the Locate By date will result in an automatic Positive Response Renotification (APRRN), commonly referred to as a Late Ticket. Additionally, some member codes and facility types are exempt from the Positive Response posting requirement. Please refer to the information below for further details.
