How to Upload Attachment Files
Please note: A user cannot upload file attachments or submit a new positive response once a ticket has expired due to reaching the ticket expiration date. This is correct even if the post of the attachment starts before the end of the day. Exactix is using the date and time when the call is completed to determine if response and attachment posted before the deadline. The positive response and the uploading of the attachment needs to complete at 11:59 PM or the positive response and attachment is not logged.
