How to Create a New Account in the CO811 Ticketing System 

Submit a Single Address Locate Request and Check Positive Response

If you are a home or single address property owner or are a professional entering a locate request for a single address, get started by following these steps: 

  1. Go to the Exactix login page and click the “Sign Up” link. 
  1. Complete the sign-up form to create your account. This account lets you submit single address tickets and check positive response only. 
  2. After signing up, look for a confirmation email from exactix@co811.org. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder and make sure the address isn’t blocked. 

IMPORTANT: When setting up your account, search for your company using the "Company Name" option. This connects you to your company and allows you to view your company’s tickets. If you do not see your office's address, please contact Online Services for support at onlineservices@co811.org.
