How have ticket number and version formats changed in Exactix?

Exactix introduces a simplified ticket numbering system where all tickets now begin with “A,” eliminating previous server-based distinctions. The version number format has also been updated—removing unnecessary leading zeros—to make it easier to track ticket revisions. Each new version reflects changes or updates to the original ticket, providing a clear and consistent record for users and improving overall accuracy in ticket management. 

Ticket Number & Version Number = A518900006 v1 

• The ticket number format will remain unchanged; however, “revisions” are now called “versions”. The original ticket starts at version 0, and any secondary functions will create a new version of that ticket. 

• Tickets starting with “B” will be discontinued, and all tickets will be issued as “A” tickets.
