How to submit a ticket?

  1. Log in to your Colorado 811 Exactix Ticketing System account. 
  2. Click on New Ticket at the top of your dashboard, or select Tickets from the left menu and then choose New at the top right of the ticket dashboard. 
  3. Complete the ticket form by providing all required dig site details, including the exact location on the property where excavation will occur. 
  4. Review your information for accuracy, then submit the ticket.
