How do I reset my password?

  1. Go to the login page and click the Reset/Forgot Password link. 
  2. Enter your username in the Username field. 
  3. Click the Send Code button. 
  4. Check your email for a message with a password reset code. 
  5. In the New Password field, enter your new password (at least 6 characters). 
  6. Retype your new password in the Confirm New Password field. 
  7. Enter the code you received via email in the Code field. 
  8. Click the Reset Password button to complete the process.
