How to Reset your Password

Use the following steps for Password recovery: 

1. At the login page click on the green link that says Reset/Forgot password.
2. Enter your Username in the Username field.
3. Click on the Send Code button.
4. Check your email for an email with your verification code
5. In the New Password field enter your new password of at least 6 characters in length
6. Retype your new password in the Confirm New Password field
7. Enter the code you received in the Code field
8. Click on the Reset Password button
