How to Find your Ticket
If you are having trouble finding your ticket, follow the appropriate steps below, depending on whether you have an Exactix account.
For users without an Exactix account (existing tickets only):
- On the login screen, click the link labeled “Searching for a ticket? Search here.”
- Enter your ticket number (including dashes) and the primary phone number associated with your request.
- Click the “Find” button to display your ticket’s location request details.
- Sign in to your Colorado 811 Exactix Ticketing System account through your state’s portal.
- Navigate to the “Tickets” menu or open the Tickets Dashboard to view your list of tickets.
- Use the search box at the top of the page (typically labeled “Filter By Ticket Number”) to locate a specific ticket by its number.
- Apply other available filters or adjust dashboard columns to locate expiring tickets or other ticket information as needed.
